ONLY FILMS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES ARE ELEGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE:

Spain, France, Monaco, Italy, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Palestinian Territories, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Malta and Cyprus. 

Participation is open to all short films: fiction and animation, no longer than 20 minutes, produced in the last two years (2013-2015).

If the short is in another language other than Spanish or Catalan, must be subtitled in Spanish.
