The aim of the festival is offering a selection of fantasy works from different parts of the world.

- INTERNATIONAL FILM COMPETITION: films whose duration exceeds 60 minutes are accepted. These films have to be premieres in Lima and have been finalized after December 2017.

- INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION: films up to 30 minutes are accepted. These films must have been finalized after December 2017.

-COMPETENCIA PERUANA: national productions regardless of their duration. These films must have been finalized after December 2017.
