The applicant must be at least 18 and not over 35 years old. (If the applicant is over 35 but the movie was made before he turned 35 he/she has the rights to submit the movie)

Films cannot be older than 2017.

All submitted films must have English or Croatian subtitles.

The film duration cannot be longer than 25 minutes.
