Participation in the short film competition is opened to all filmmakers over 16 years, both individually and collectively, provided their nationality or residence is within the European Union.

Short films length accepted: Up to 30 minutes

Spanish subtitles are mandatory

Short films must be produced after 1^st January 2019.

All work will be put out to tender deadline reception on August 27th, 2020. For digital platforms, the limit is also marked by number of entries, with the quota of 400 works submitted total.
