He assists the director of a film starring Jean Pierre Cassel and later becomes an artistic advisor on "A Man and His Dog" by Francis Huster with Jean-Paul Belmondo. He directs several short films: "The End of the Book," "The Scent of My Ghost," "Face to Face." He also dedicates himself to documentary work, creating films such as "Bourvil, a Real Man," "Fanny Ardant," "Claude Pinoteau, the Father's Dream"...

Escribe dos libros: una biografía de Roman Polanski y una novela corta de amor. Sin embargo, es en el campo del cine donde concibe el resto de su carrera. Ayuda al director de una película protagonizada por Jean Pierre Cassel y más tarde se convierte en asesor artístico de «Un hombre y su perro», de Francis Huster, con Jean-Paul Belmondo. Dirige varios cortometrajes: «El fin del libro», «El perfume de mi fantasma», «Cara a cara». También se dedica al trabajo documental, creando películas como «Bourvil, un hombre de verdad», «Fanny Ardant», «Claude Pinoteau, el sueño del padre»...
